Who we are
We are a team of passionate leaders who believe that empowering women and girls creates stronger families, thriving communities, and lasting change across the world.
Our journey began in 2019 with a powerful vision inspired by wPower: The Strength of An Empowered Woman to Change the World, written by our founder, Felicha Sinegar-Stanley. What started as a mission to support women seeking guidance and encouragement soon grew into a global movement focused on helping women and girls overcome challenges in today’s society. As we listened to the needs of women in social, political, economic, personal, and professional spaces, our purpose became stronger. Our organization expanded to reach more communities so we could empower as many women and girls as possible.
Today, we provide mentoring programs, leadership workshops, career planning sessions, educational resources, and personal development training that help women move forward with confidence. We also guide young girls through mentorship programs that build self-worth, discipline, character, leadership, and success. Through diversity, inclusion, integrity, equality, and meaningful relationships, we continue creating opportunities that help women rise.

Our mission is to be a globally respected women’s empowerment organization that reaches, educates, and uplifts women and girls by giving them a voice, a hand up, and the tools they need to succeed.
Whether it is career guidance, financial education, leadership development, time management skills, relationship support, character building, personal encouragement, or simply the support of someone who believes in them, we make sure every participant receives help that aligns with her goals and strengthens confidence for the future.
